Now Hiring: Campaign Coordinator Role
Better Ballot Iowa (BBI) is currently hiring a part-time Campaign Coordinator (20 hrs/week) to help grow our grassroots movement for election reform across Iowa. The role covers volunteer coordination, community outreach, legislative engagement, and fundraising support — ideal for someone with 2–5 years of campaign or nonprofit experience and a passion for civic innovation. BBI has partnered with Rank the Vote to administer employment services for its team. Rank the Vote is a national nonprofit 501(c)3 that is working to help grow grassroots movements across the country to enact RCV within their states.
